From Concept to Launch: Full-Cycle Game Development
A tactical card game where players battle with meme-inspired characters across 8 turns. Highest score wins.
Meme Card Arena is a card game based on classic Brazilian and internet memes, published by Radical Dreamers—a small game studio I co-founded. As game designer, I owned the entire vision: mechanics, interaction loop, art direction, monetization, and product strategy.

Game Design & Mechanics
The core loop is straightforward but strategic: place cards on the field to accumulate points and use effects to remove the opponent’s cards. The player with the most points after 8 turns wins. I defined every rule, balance, and interaction pattern to create a fun, competitive experience grounded in meme culture.
Team & Execution
I managed a multidisciplinary team of 4 people (development, art, music, marketing) using agile methodologies to ship on schedule. Beyond design, I contributed directly to the codebase using Unity and C# and handled Google Play publication (the game has since been delisted).
