Morning Consult Pro is a Washington D.C.–based data intelligence platform that synthesizes consumer sentiment across politics, markets, brands, and economics. The platform serves over 1 million active users with interactive visualizations, trend trackers, and comprehensive reports designed to inform C-suite decision-making.
Technical Scope & Impact
As a frontend and backend developer, I delivered 20+ production features across the user-facing application and internal tooling:
- Next.js & TypeScript frontend for complex, high-traffic dashboards with interactive charts, date range controls, and real-time data views
- PHP/WordPress backend integration for content management and dynamic routing
- Dynamic redirects controlled via CRM with sub-15ms response times and $0.26/month infrastructure cost
- Paywall strategies for email capture and churn prevention
- Navigation control systems for internal teams to manage site structure and content flow
Performance & Efficiency
I focused on low infrastructure cost and high performance under heavy traffic. Redirects were optimized for minimal latency and minimal cloud spend, demonstrating that effective solutions don’t require expensive architecture. I also reached top 2 among company developers in AI agent usage for faster, higher-quality delivery.
