Healthcare Assistive Intelligence at Scale
Plan and monitor home care visits, prescriptions, and care plans in real-time across web and mobile.
Salvus HAI (Healthcare Assistive Intelligence) is an intelligent cloud platform that enables home care centers to coordinate healthcare professionals, medical visits, and patient care workflows. I contributed to features serving over 30,000 healthcare professionals, including:
- Medication prescription and administration with dosage tracking and validation
- Clinical progress tracking and medical assessments
- Diagnosis workflows integrated with care plans
- Real-time visit scheduling and monitoring
Technical Stack & Architecture
The project applied Clean Architecture and Atomic Design for maintainability at scale. On the mobile side, I used React Native with Expo Bare Workflow and Expo Modules, Styled-Components, Redux, SQLite with TypeORM, and form libraries such as Yup, Unform, and React Hook Form. On the backend, I worked with Node.js, MySQL, and Docker for deployment and infrastructure.
